I did wonder but they mostly need dark green leafy stuff with the odd treat of other things and I don't think I'll manage 100 for myself, never mind them.

My friends had two spoiled guinea pigs who dined very well on a wide range of veg. The veg was in the fridge. Each tine the fridge door opened it squeaked, instantly echoed by the GPs outside. I am convinced they thought it was a giant GP deity providing them with GP manna from heaven.

Not that keen on celery: ok in soup, especially minestrone.
