I haven’t forgotten about the final list for the year but the hotel WiFi has gone very dodgy as the end of the year approaches. Rather than risk it I’m going to wait until I’m sitting by the pool tomorrow morning with a cool New Year’s Day drink. If you’re celebrating new year, wherever you are, hope you have a good night. November was very productive and I massively over achieved. December was going well until I hurt my piroformis, recovery was going well until I got a sickness bug. And in the last few days when I had a chance to catch up a bit I hurt my back at work. Having said that I have managed 63 for December and 1313 overall so very happy with my highest annual total to date. I hope everyone has had a successful and happy 2019 be it personal or running wise. And if not you’ve always got a friend here. On we go to the new year and new decade with fresh running miles.
