Week done to everyone who has made it to the 100 mark for this month (sorry, haven’t been on here much lately). Mileage a little down on this month compared to November (a combination of missing a few Sunday long runs for various reasons, and intentionally taking a little more rest after a) a slight flare of of a niggle following XC and b) feeling fatigued after being busy and working longer hours), but at least I’ve passed the 100 mile mark now with 104.5/100. Will get a few more miles in for December, but not too many.
I know the day is almost over but Merry Christmas all (oh, and nice to see you Gobi, and well done for making 12/12 for 2019)

I ran on the promenade this morning. Pleased to read about people’s progress.
103/100 but may do a couple more runs to round my year’s total up to 1250.
Hotel WiFi permitting I’ll do the round up as usual.
