Started running "round the block" end of 2007 to keep fit with not much free time. Pretty quickly got bored with roads and hated traffic so started going up into trails in forest and the last few months have been tackling some bigger hills. Don't know where it's all going but I'm healthier, lighter and have been to some beautiful locations. Eat your heart out Forrest Gump!
