bedlam_g Happy with performance didn't rock any boats place wise but apart from a couple headers into the bogs I had probably my most comfortable hill race so far on a course that was always challenging. Pleased.

Gokeith ran this as a second training run of the day,no idea of time yet-slower than bedlam who i could see quite a bit ahead of me,felt pretty comfy all way round.Quite technical on the downhill rocky section-def best left to the hill running experts to speed down.Enjoyable route...watch out for the cow shit when you sink knee deep in the boggy bits though ;-)

ian9657 started slow, picked up the pace...and then got stuck in a bog..retrieved my shoes, discarded my socks, struggled up the hill and then had a great downhill run to the end :-) Time updated, the faster time was when my GPS autostop kicked in, when i stopped stuck in the mud !
