About Me
I am a slighty overweight Army Officer who has discovered running (read jogging...slowly!) following an enforced retirement from rugby. I have a body that is in no way suited to running either quickly, or for a particularly long period. I have developed a penchant for the marathon and ultra, having matured through the clich that is triathlon and up to Ironman. I truly enjoy running for pleasure, with or without company, and at a pace where life can leisurely roll past me, when my children allow.
