started running out side at the end of Feb 08 because someone challenged me to do the RFL, I decided if i was going to do it I would run the whole thing well I am now running and she isn't!
Feb 07 I weighed 14st 10lb and have been on a very long journey but in a year have managed to lose 6st (with the Help of WLR) and have found running I need a challange and something to aim for and I think I have found that in running
