Baron The undulating course wasn't to my liking, my split times were all over the place. After two consecutive K splits over 4 mins I thought I was going to run over 40 mins. Traffic well controlled, good support on the course.

garfieldhouse Hoping for a reasonbly quick race for the course, but we shall see. 52 minutes is a reasonable estimate, but it could be up to an hour. UPDATE 10/05/08 9.30pm. I did really well here. Time shown is off my garmin; actual race (gun) time will be closer to 48.10. I came in the fastest 10K time since September 2006! Although not a PB, this is excellent news as it means I'm heading back to form. The faster 10Ks that this were all flat and this one had a near-vertical hill after 2 km. Great form on the hills, only dropped slightly and a great race. Well done to everyone and thanks to the organisers and Marshalls!

skoorb My whole family had been suffering for days from D&V, I did this at the last minute went home and threw up all night too ! I was pleased with the time after that.
