Took up running three years ago with view to running the London marathon and GNR by the time I was 40. Had numerous injuries for 2006-07 but did my first marathon, FLM, and the GNR. Did the FLM injury free in 2008 and got a sub 4:00 P.B.
Do nearly all my running around Taverham or on Marriotts Way unless too muddy!
