About Me
Started running in September 2004 as had entered a charity 10 mile race in October. Caught the bug and now run 5 times a week , initially with a goal of completeing a marathon before my 40th Birthday. Due to injury I missed this target, but did complete my first marathon in October 2005, a month late. I currently try to race (half marathons as I do not generally have enough time to train for the full version) about 6 times a year and in 2008 I managed to beat my PB and ran under 1hr 40.
