I did a lot of cross country when I was younger. Ran for Lincolnshire primary schools, then my secondary school, the county and Lincolnshire Wing of the air cadets. Stopped when I went to uni and then got back into it as a cheap form of exercise when I got back from travelling 4 years ago. I love it, keeps me sane on hard days at work and I generally get a feeling of complete well being when i've had a good run.
