Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Eye 10k.
Went out to do 5.30 Kms until 5km and then pick it up for last half. Started out a little quick and although I tried to slow down the pace felt ok so I went with it. Wanted to stay even for th second half as I didn't think I could go any quicker but proved myself wrong! Massive PB from 2005!!
I had nick Anderson ringing in my ear when it got hard! I couldn't believe it when gav said I was on for a pb if I carried on at the same pace so just threw everything at it. I then realised I could get under 50 mins if I pushed on! Big thank you to gaubfar for pushing me round and all the supporters!! I didn't see you but I definitely heard you!!
Out of the mouths of babes- my juniors telling me how rough I looked!!!

Well done great run. Training has paid off with long runs and short faster runs. So nice when people are rewarded with pbs after putting in the work. Looks like you could be on for 5k pb and 5 miler if you do one this year. Sorry didn't see you after you had finsihed so say well done. Too busy eating picnic with mudmonkey, the boys and friends
Please wait... saving your change.
