Notes & Comments

Colchester Half Marathon finished 5th 1-15-45. My decline continues :-( running six miles a day is good but it doesnt help when it comes to half marathons! Its my choice so I cant complain, still plenty of time to get the endurance levels up before London.

Set off at the pace my brain still thinks I can do :-) got through the tough first 10k in just under 35 minutes before I started to suffer :-( Had a shocking last 5k that cost me 3rd spot and some cash, oh well it was still fun in a funny kind of way!
