Well done You will get there.
Woh! Bet it was hot out there today - well done-your sub2hr half is not far awy
Thanks for coming down KC, it was certainly warm and made Humber Bridge look flat. Great time to 10m so Fenland 10 will be good, just need to work on the over distance runs
You'll get there. You are clearly determined. Hopefully less heat and flat will help in the next one...
Sounds like the last 3 miles were tough and the heat won't help. As Andy would say...waddle on fellow runner!. Sub 2hrs will be yours this year, just keep getting the training in and some longer runs and it will come when you least expect it! Excellent running and it was the thought of you running your half this morning that got me out....if KC can do it then so can KT - that was my motivation.
well done Kelvin! Hope the shins didnt trouble you. you will definitely get there...just remember Ron's wise words...don't chase targets too hard, just keep training and they will come to you!
