Got myself a PB but didn't go to plan, mile 18 really bad cramps set in petty much stayed till end of race. I new I was not getting sub 3:30 by the time I reach 20miles as I had run faster training runs. Still got a PB will try to get another one in 3 weeks at Snowdonia ;-) It was great running with Marchbanks.
