Grunty fen half marathon. So pleased with this as 2 and a half mins off previous best for this course :-) :-) Yet again donron to thank for dragging me round-especially the finally 3 miles when was really feeling it.Pretty windy but hedgerows were kind and we kept finding obliging big chaps to tuck in behind - even if ron did make me sprint at one stage to get up to one group to hide behind!Chuffed to keep pace as steady as we did overall. Really well organised run and thanks to support from Sharon and Keaton and well done to everyone as several pbs out there today
