Nice to share a lift with Plodding donkey and a good solid run by him and CB, better team effort by C&C today. Thanks guys always better to race as a team!
worth a try Alan, but it is a hard way to run a race. I have tried it a few times, and it doesn't work for me, and from the number of poeple I catch in races, it doesn't work for them either! I am quite happy for poeple to knacker themselves out in the first few miles:)
Lesson learned John, back to even pacing for me from now on. I guess you have to push that comfort zone sometimes! I think without the 5k race and even splits I could have been faster.
Good run buddy - never nice slowing towards the end of a race but nothing ventured, nothing gained and all good experience. I am sure you will be a lot quicker by NYE 10k.
Cheers guys and thanks Matt!
I hope so Ed, I hope so, it will have to be a seriously decent winter for a change but I'm up for it!
DC see you at the track on the 24th I hope, one final blast to end the season!
Nice race bud, not far off a pb and you didn't slow that much there
