The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
Nailed it!! Summer Solstice 10k at Little Bennington Nr Grantham. 75/144. First running of the event so field limited to 150. Just Marts and I from WJ with Gill from Thorney/Fenland & Mike Chapman from NVH (He won, Marts 7th)
Focused, warmed up and in the grove from the start. Not "Thorney flat" but inclines/A1 flyovers all paid back and i just concentrated on the job to be done!!
Fastest 10k and first time sub 50mins since May 2006 and only 20s outside beating all my V45 10K times. Splits 23.58/24.48 & 5m in 38.53. Was also my 100th 10k!!
Would suggest I can do it, if I try!!
Cheers Marts!!
