Notes & Comments

Well thats the Abbey 10k done, I really enjoied the race this morning, I had a lovely partner today, Izzy was great. She made sure we kept the pace even all the time. Well done to Kat for a good time too, I kept her insight all the way round and that helped me. I guess this is my first PB, makes me sound like a real runner! Thanks again to Izzy for her support.

Really pleased for you Kelvin, very well done, there's more to come for you as the season unfolds as well, but for 10k alone, sub 9m/m all the way round is there for the taking. Very well done

A big congrats. I've been telling you, you can do it....look at all the training runs you've done lately when you've breezed the distance under the hour. Keep it up, your times will drop.
