Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Notes & Comments

Kevin Henry Saffron Walden. OK, it's a tough course and the finish is miles higher than the start, so I suppose the time isn't too shabby, at least it was a lot quicker than last year. Not sure of position, which was the main thing tonight. (Finished 5th, pleased with that)

Split Summary

====

1) - 1m - 5:38(5:38/m) - 90cal

2) - 1m - 5:30(5:30/m) - 94cal

3) - 1m - 5:49(5:49/m) - 96cal

4) - 0.13m - 44(5:34/m) - 11cal

Nice one, John. It was a scenic course I thought, if a little tough. It's a shame we have to wait so long to see the results and see our positions. Well done.
april_runner
Btw you ran a similar time slower than your PB than I did to mine.
brotherjohn
Yes I noticed that, about 50 seconds slower, so I guess we both tried quite hard tonight! The course is very scenic, the problem with it is that you can't get past anyone on most of it!
covbaldy
Again John top class! Didn't get a look in tonight. Looking good for hammering your rivals next race now!
covbaldy
So are you racing the 5 miler tonight John?
brotherjohn
Yes Alan, I don't know how it will go, but I am actuality feeling quite good today. Do you fancy it?
covbaldy
See my training John! Not today but I quite fancy one of the others, are there any decent flat ones near stansted?
