Congratulations on a pb. Interesting our splits are so close, it was very hard into the wind, good to get behind someone.
Wow fantastic run and well done on PB, enjoy your few days away.
Brilliant Run!! Well Done! When we finished; didn't look like you had ran at all!!!???!
Fab run! Mile 5 was a toughie I bet everyone's splits (well us normal runners) show that. Enjoy!
great run as ever, 5 secs or 5 mins still PB.....think 5 miler must have been bit long as alot of us had slower times, great turn out though as ever by WJS
Well done on a PB in such tough conditions
a PB is a PB so massive well done, easy sub 45 later this year, maybe bushy 10k ? sorry didn't hang around after, good footy result all the same
Any PB is a good PB. Keep it up
HJ - to complete a trio of 2nds, you were second WJ lady and therefore runner up in the Ron Dodson Cup so another trophy coming your way!! SGJ - 5th mile is/was accurate, its just you are on the track and that slows you down!!
well done on the pb!
very well done Jude-amazing result!
Well done on pb judes
