London Marathon. Really enjoyed it Nice controlled and well paced run. Great PB's for Paul/Scoops/HeyJude/SGJ/Emart and e'o:):)
Garmin splits not really accurate for pace so using official splits 1st half 87:58, 2nd half 88:52 5k splits all between 20:33 and 21:26 and if take out fastest and slowest then other 6 between 20:49 and 21:08:)
