Ramsey Frostbite. Thought I would better than this but found hard work. Wore wrong shoes as was muddy than I remembered last year. Average pace not bad but was hoping for 7 m/m to be honest. Biggest field of runners I have seen at a Frostbite and overall really good as Werrington came first in the teams for the first timne since 1996. Happy with the fellow WJ I beat but not time, Trotters overtook me at around 4 miles and then pulled away and I couldn't keep up, he will be my next target I think. Judes cake looked lovely, shame she didn't bring a knife to cut it !

Still looks good to me ,sounded fairly muddy! good time esp when doing more miles.Hope the recovery wasn't impaired too much by the lack of knife/cake!
