Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Stamford 30k race. Plan was 3M warm up 12M at MP (6:15) and 3.63M warm down. As 1st 3M downhill was quite fast warm up. Variable splits as differing terrain but overall 6:17 pace and planned 6:15 for 12M. PB by almost 2 mins and 18th place out of ???. Pleased but just sl concern went too fast for too long. 5k splits (from memory)

Really pleased as today
1. Passed 150 miles so far for month
2. Passed 400miles so far for year
3. Passed best week ever for mileage
4. Passed 70 miles for 1st time (did 71.29M this week)
5. Set 2nd PB of the year
19:39, 19:10, 20:10, 19:39, 19:01, 19:54

10M split 63:20 HM split 1:22:34, 15M split 1:34:03 (unoffical PB)
