Little interval (4) at target marathon pace near the end. Very bad ( less than 4 hours) night's sleep and stomach issues. Pleased to get the run done. Taper for Hampton Court Half next week.

Thanks so much V'rap. I made an effort to run slower but I think easy days need to go slower still if I want to increase my mileage.
Determined to be in with a shot of a sub 4 marathon in December. 😃

Plenty of time, then :) That looks like a good pace and heart rate for a run of that distance/time with a sub-4 marathon in your sights and you probably don't need to slow down very much.
