Longer run on a Sunday. 18 for the weekend, 31 for month back on target for track for 100. Incredibly slow and very tired by end but no harm I don't thing. DOMS in calves, glutes from run and first gym in ages. Good sore? Lovely day - sun out again, and lovely once mist burned off. Taking mum to garden centre and lunch. :-) G
