P&D w4 d6: 14k MLR with Kevin

Race recovery in good company. My calves were pretty tight on the way up to Thekla which distracted me a bit from the navigation task. Road works added to the confusion but finally, I managed to find the right turn onto the bike park to the pond. It was quite icy there which made running tricky but we got through without incident. It was nice catching up with Kevin and time passed quickly, especially on the way back where my legs felt better and I nailed the navigation. My calves needed about 5 miles to feel better so it was good that I didn't give up and kept at it. Legs feeling much better now. HR was surprisingly low, 138 AVG, even though it felt harder due to my sore calves.
