YWK - 30 Min Full Body Yoga - Intermediate Vinyasa, minimal cues. Really enjoyed this & coped much better than I thought I might. Nice mixture including dolphin, trees & locust. Felt relatively flexible and left glute/hip is really improved since this time last week - so the regime of stretch & foam roll is working. Bonnie stayed with me enthusiastically gnawing a plastic bone that reappeared in the clearing of the sitting room ready for the carpet!!
