Assuming the watch was measuring accurately, fastest I've done that session in two years.
Meant to be 5x400m/75s, watch crashed hard at the end of the first 400m and lost half of it; cancelled the workout (it's a known bug in the current beta) and did remaining four manually, no idea what the pace was for the first one as it didn't lap either so that's 200m hard and 80m recovery. GPS trace is sketchy in the middle, locking to paths (option switched off) and jumping around weirdly. Session was ok though, getting the Garmin bars moving in the right direction though, like absolutely everything else I do, it pushed VO2max down. Long run? Down. Short run? Down. Easy run? Straight down. Hard run? Believe it or not, down. 🤷🏻‍♂️
