🏃‍♂️ On the training plan today was a 14 mile progressive run. I entered the Pednor 10 (late) as it is known for a good hill. Arrived early collected number a real old school event no chip timing no medals under £18 to enter. Left car ran 4 miles got back to race start had about 10 minutes rest before race start. First 2 miles flat then the HILL after the hill the course was down the majority of time with the odd little climb more noticeable on lap 2, back to the start for Lap 2. Happy with how today went 😎
