Ooh, almost progressive! ;-) That's what happens when you start *after* the go! Lochore Meadows parkrun. Left house at 09.17, so now I know, 09.15 really is the latest, to be able to make the start line at 09.30! Jogged and chatted round. Legs very heavy, esp quads and no ping in calves. Just DOMS from gym? Consecutive run days too. Unusual. But needs to become usual. Great fun, lots of santa hats and smiles. Horribly windy and 7C, and rain coming on at end. What's not to love?! :-) G
