Weights session - Strength phase (except for DLs) session 15, wk beg 9th Dec

Dead lift
This week:
Warm up - 1 x 10 @ 39Kg
4 sets x 10 @ 43Kg Straightforward.
Do 10 reps next week

Chest press
This week: 3 sets x 7 @ 21Kg - used garden chairs for rest again, but couldn't remember how I'd done it last time. Things seemed much easier today - not sure if it's related to the changed chair use ??
Keep at 7

Pull over with glute bridge
This week: 4 sets x 9 @18Kg
Can go up to 10. Really glad I've only one more session with these, it scares me having the db over my face

Keep at 8 L and 7 R

L arm felt hard today. Keep as is

Split squat
This week: 4 sets x 8 @18Kg ES
Easier this week, but happy to remain at 8 for final week.
