Nice easy run up the lane and back. Legs were tired and achy when I set off, by the time I’d run around the block, come home for the loo then set off again they felt fine. Got wet through with the drizzle, don’t really like wearing my jacket unless it’s cold. Glad I took it for the walk back though.
