Great pacing again this week HS, well done.

Thanks Lesley, it was tough in the hot, humid conditions. The Brockenhurst parkrun course is 4 laps, 100% on grass, so thankfully last night's rain hadn't made it squelchy or muddy. I was lapped by the first 4 finishers.

That's good it wasn't muddy. It's still a decent time even if you were lapped, 4 is quite a lot of laps.

It's not as bad as the Bartley parkrun which is also 4 laps, but has lots of bends and u turns, with an uphill finish.
