well done :) breaststroke shouldn't be hard work, concentrate on kick and glide and it's almost meditative

:-) Kick and glide indeed. My coach can get from one end of a 25m pool to the other in 5 strokes!
Dvorak
Sometimes I think that some people with "proper" breaststroke technique are doing much and moving little. Up and doon, no much forward. I have poor technique, but nonetheless progress (often quite mediately ;-) ,)
