A nice and easy run/walk keeping HR <130. Ave 120 that’ll do 😄
A chap came out of the woods from the side onto the fell and he scared me, that’s why I had a HR of 151.
Enjoyed that (apart from the scare) even if it was very drizzly and there were no views at all 😁 Legs felt surprisingly good after yesterday’s run/walk.

My hr spikes are usually from spooking a pheasant - hope he wasn't really scary!
Thanks RH. I wasn’t sure whether to turn round but that meant running through the scary copse again (imagine a small wood in a horror movie 😂) so I just ran/walked away from him really quickly. Think I just spook myself more than anything else 😜
