I had a choice this morning. Do the yoga workshop that I had booked or head out for a run for the first time in a week. I chose to run.
I had a really quite dicky tummy but thought it was worth the risk and got the train to Glynde to run home from there. Luckily there are public loos not far from Glynde station
Just ran where my feet took me and it was lovely.
Saw a sheep that was on the brink of lambing. Hung around at a discreet distance for a while but I think I was making her nervous and I didn't want her holding it in so left her to it.
Then went through a little field of sheep just before Cadence. One sheep came running up and demanded head scritches and then a lamb came over and butted my leg until I stroked it and then it licked my leg. I can die happy
Also saw my most amazing fox - deep, dark red, fluffy tail with a shock of white fur at the end.
As I ran through East Dean my tummy really started to feel dodgy and so, when I saw the bus coming, I decided to jump on it instead of risking the last 3 miles to home.
