🏃‍♂️ Narrow start got closed in for about half mile crazy how many people think they can run sub 20 minutes. I started just before the 25 minute marker conversation next to me between a group of 4 ladies “what’s your PB” reply “27 minutes” group *WOW* that’s amazing - hello your all starting at sub 25. They weren’t the only ones 🙄 Perhaps I should say sod it and start sub 20 😡 Rant over

Just seen the notes, it happens at lots of parkruns. I worked out that if I ran a sub 25, I would be in the top 25% so made sure I started near the front. Sal tried to start in the top half as her time would have her finish there but we both got stuck behind slower runners, her more than me. It's annoying. But well done on a good time.
