Notes & Comments

Plan was about 25k quality trail with 1% Grant index. Had to get back for the evening shenanigans, needed loo and more calories than I was carrying and Wandlebury failed me on both for once so cut it a bit short, but still a decent outing just over 20km allowing for forgetting to start watch once or twice. Felt strong if under fuelled, decent pace for the HR, left knee grumbling a little but nothing to be concerned about. 👍
