Prospect on a new alternative course (worked out by Sunil) due to the ever changing location of other events in the park, Circus Zyair today.

Same pattern as recent weeks, sub 8 first mile and then slowed, tried to keep to sub 8:30s which I managed. As ever, deceptively tough going at Prospect! No issue with troublesome lower left leg.
