Oh dear, that doesn't look as if it went to plan. What happened?
Mostly Heart Rate was rather alarming somewhere mile 10 onward so started scaling back. But it never really recovered! And tbh, being overtaken by the 4 hour pacer at 14 miles rather did for my confidence. I'll sleep on it before blogging more.
Did you feel ok? Was it just because you saw the HR that you felt you should scale back?
Mostly. Although I was surprisingly tired by that point too. It might just be under trained.
Quite likely tbh. Regular running isn't good training for a marathon. Sorry it didn't happen for you today though.
