🏃♂️ This was tough for me ran with Deano until he dropped me with about 7 miles to go. A couple of climbs rough off road paths some muddy and slippery parts lots of kissing gates which made getting into any rhythm difficult so different to road marathons. Enjoyed it but last few miles were real grit teeth and survive.
Powered by tailwind had 4 different bars at aid stations last one was an oat one struggled to get down so half of it I gave to the fish.
