Milton parkrun. 2 and 4 show short as usual, but I reclaimed most of the delays in lap 1 by keeping watch pace in lap 2 to 5min/km. Aiming to break 25 and nearly broke 24 - very pleased, only 15 sec off my PB. Way better than my all time worst parkrun time set here in January!
