Scredington 10k!

Really enjoyed this run and running with Mizzle who was aiming for a PB. Slightly apprehensive I would be more of a hindrance than a help and also not sure what I could manage after the tiring brick session the previous night.

Needn't have worried as a fantastic run. Really consistent pacing all the way round, despite the undulations, rough road surface and congestion at the start.

Sprint finish so more left in the legs and more to come I think. Felt as pleased as punch for Mizzle at the end. The same as if I'd got a PB myself :-)
