Gibster Saturday - Wolds Half Marathon extreemly hilly between 3 and 6 miles and then again at mile 11 to 1; overall ran well, legs felt good, siathica, in the back a problem down the left side, hurt going up hill especially, basically need to get fit again - breathing good, anti histomine, not as much blowing and got the hyrdation correct at the water stations.

Lovely course would have been nice to vist the show.

WACA Taking it easy so as not to knack myself for next w/e. Enjoyed immensely, well, apart from being tired even with taking it easy and sore thighs, but still love this race:-)
