Gibster Saturday - Wolds Half Marathon extreemly hilly between 3 and 6 miles and then again at mile 11 to 1; overall ran well, legs felt good, siathica, in the back a problem down the left side, hurt going up hill especially, basically need to get fit again - breathing good, anti histomine, not as much blowing and got the hyrdation correct at the water stations. Lovely course would have been nice to vist the show.
