About this parkrun

2 lap course. Starts on gravel path then along by river into the park. Back on path to the start and repeat. Fairly flat but a small hill near the finish

2 laps, out and back towards town then west along river around the field on grass and back to the start. Rinse and repeat. 20p for the toilets.
