About this parkrun

Single lap & undulating forest trails, start and finish at visitor centre. Can be muddy trail shoes recommended in winter. Parking £3 all day, take change. Also play facilities and go ape, good cafe. As for the course, what goes down must go up...

Trail shoes recommended, one-lapper. undulating, and save a little energy for the final climb! Small parking charge, I forget how much. Very scenic.
