About this parkrun

2 lap trail run that follows a butterfly shape, mostly flat. Dogs banned. Will get wet feet in the winter

A lovely challenging run. mostly on grass so trail shoes would be recommended for most of the year. Ample free parking and some lovely cafes in the town for afterwards. Team were amazingly friendly and welcoming

Very friendly team, a tough two-lapper on grass (with about 100m of tarmac each lap) with some mild undulations.
Extremely muddy in the wet!
