Hard packed trails (road shoes fine)- two sets of steps, bonus is that it feels largely down hill otherwise. Easy, free parking close by. Start was very congested, took a while to thin out and find space to run, Garmin went haywire due to trees. Fab!

Level straight path out then a little climb up steps into wooded trail section last mile or so back on straight level path to finish

A flat out and back run with a loop through some scenic woods. Start is congested but once you are in your stride it is a good run.

Out and back course with an adventure into the trails and some steps. Can be crowded especially at the start so try and start according to your time.

Long flat path out, flight of steps then woodland trail part, then back along path. Lots of parking, lovely run. Cafe and toilets not too far away.
